Is the video meeting really free?
Yes. The first video meeting with every doctor on DoctorVi is free for up to 20 minutes. No extra fee or payment information is requested.
Which languages are meetings held in?
Turkish, English, German, Arabic, Russian and French. You can request an interpreter on the booking screen.
How are doctors verified?
Diploma, specialty certificate and active medical license are checked one by one. Patient experiences are verified by the editorial team.
What do the prices cover?
The treatment fee includes anaesthesia, clinic accommodation and check-ups. The travel package (hotel + transfer + interpreter) is optional and stated separately.
How is payment made?
You pay directly to the clinic or to the financial institution the clinic works with. DoctorVi takes no commission or intermediary payment.
What happens in case of a complication or dissatisfaction?
Each clinic provides its written guarantees and feedback procedure. DoctorVi has an independent complaint channel that supports patient rights.
